Dreesum’s journey into music production began when he was forced to temporarily store his DJ decks while a damp issue in his music room was being repaired. With time on his hands, and having recently switched to DVS, he began searching for new music, which led him to the Rewired Records website and its free sample packs and FL Studio tutorial content.

Out of curiosity, he decided to try producing — quickly discovering a genuine passion for it. Over the next couple of years, he experimented and developed his skills, gradually building confidence in his sound. Around six months ago, a collaboration request from Jordaz on SoundCloud reignited his motivation, inspiring him to take music production far more seriously.

While Dreesum’s roots remain firmly in Makina, his sound is now evolving towards a more Hard Trance–driven style, influenced by artists such as Micropulse, Apex, and Rennz, blending high energy, emotion, and modern production techniques.
